Who are we?

Who says size matters? Yes, we are a small company but we think BIG! As IT Recruitment Specialists, we have the experience; but are not restricted by the constraints of a larger Recruitment Company. In simple terms, flexibility is our key. We do business the way you want to! We are now entering our seventh year of business and like to think that our reputation speaks for itself. After all, there are plenty of other companies who have similar offerings to us but it’s the way we do things that makes the difference.

What do we do?

It's simple really – Recruitment. Well, we think it’s simple. Both our founding partners have worked together in the IT Recruitment industry since the late 1990’s and have seen the up’s, the down’s and everything in between! But with over 100 years collective experience, we like to think you will find yourselves well looked after.

Why us?

We think that it speaks for itself. Have you ever heard the phrase “it can take a lifetime to build a good reputation and a second to lose one ”? Well we believe it. Reputation is important to us so we work hard to find the “right” candidate for the “right” client. We know every business is different and we know that every candidate has different career aspirations; so we do the hard work to find the perfect match. Modest? Us? No…we think our results speak for themselves as 9 out of 10 candidates placed by us remain happy in the career we helped them find. And we can confidently say that we have not lost one client since we started.

Opus IT Consulting are delighted to welcome their newest and most experienced Consultant to the Senior team.

Janet Lawton has a wealth of experience in IT recruitment having spent the last 20 plus years recruiting IT professionals across a wide range of disciplines within the European market (mainly Belgium).

Luck (or good judgement!) would have it that Janet has arrived just in time to take part in the Christmas Sales incentive trip – a luxury no expense spared trip to the Christmas Markets in Bruges!
